Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Cure & Cost, a product of Eden Harmony Bath Essentials LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Business tracking only
Cure & Cost calculates estimates from information you provide. It does not formulate soap, calculate lye, certify recipe safety, test products, determine shelf life, provide accounting or tax advice, or guarantee compliance with labeling, cosmetic, consumer-protection, or other laws. You remain responsible for safe formulation, testing, records, claims, pricing decisions, and legal compliance.
Your information
You retain ownership of the business and recipe information you enter. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit the information you provide.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully. We may limit or suspend access needed to protect customers and the service.
Purchases and refunds
Prices and the access included are shown at checkout. Any refund terms presented at checkout form part of these terms. Except where law requires otherwise, digital access that has been delivered is not refundable. Payment disputes or duplicate charges should be reported promptly.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Cure & Cost available and accurate, but service may be interrupted and features may change. Export your records periodically. We may retire a feature or major version with reasonable notice when practical.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee profit, sales, calculation results, or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Eden Harmony Bath Essentials LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as Cure & Cost evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are an operating draft and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before accepting a large volume of customers.
