This policy explains how Cure & Cost, a product of Eden Harmony Bath Essentials LLC, handles information when you use the website and soap-business workspace.

Information we collect

We may receive your name and email when you sign in; the business, product, recipe-cost, batch, and settings information you choose to enter; purchase status and payment references from our payment provider; and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use information to provide your workspace, calculate costs, preserve batch records, process access, answer support requests, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, database, payment, email, and reliability providers may process information only as needed to supply their services. Their own policies also apply when you use their services.

Retention and your choices

We retain account and operational records while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, and financial obligations. You can export core product and batch records from Settings. You may request account deletion through the contact method shown on the Cure & Cost sales page.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Keep access to your sign-in account secure.

Children

Cure & Cost is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
